HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Most items take 3-5 business days from the purchase date to receive unless stated otherwise in their description. International orders may also take longer.

  HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, to track your order at any time, you will be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • Due to COVID all items are not eligible for a return at this time. 
  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund in case your order is lost on its way back to FlourishBeautique.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Swimwear , Bodysuits , and Sale Items are “FINAL SALE’. No exceptions!

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  •  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

  HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT MY RECENT ORDER?

  • Click the link” Contact Us” at the bottom of our website and fill out your inquiry request. The customer should receive a response within 24 hours or less.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

  • We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the item name you were supposed to receive, and any further details ,and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
  • Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
